Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because all posters are print-on-demand and made specifically for each order, we follow Printful’s fulfillment and returns framework. Most products cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind. However, we do handle quality-related issues such as damage, printing errors, or wrong items sent.


2. What You Can Return / Claim

a. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Posters

If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos of the issue showing the full poster.

  3. We’ll submit a claim to Printful.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You do not need to send the poster back to Printful for quality issues – they will handle replacement or refund without return.


3. What You Cannot Return

a. Buyer’s Remorse

Returns or refunds for reasons such as “I changed my mind” or “I don’t like it” are not accepted. This is because each poster is custom-made for you at the time of order.

b. Wrong Size or Style by Customer

If you ordered the wrong size or product variant, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. In that situation:

  • Place a new order for the correct product.


4. Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Report the issue within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • We will work with Printful and the carrier to investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement.

If tracking shows the item was delivered but you never received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local postal office first — in many regions Printful doesn’t cover “delivered but not received” cases.


5. Return Address & Process

  • Posters returned to Printful by carriers (e.g., due to an incorrect shipping address) are held at the facility for 30 days before donation.

  • We will notify you if we receive a returned shipment so you can decide whether to reship or refund.


6. How to Submit a Claim

To begin a return or report a problem:

  1. Contact us at sladearchiveinfo@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Attach clear photographs of the issue and a brief description.

  3. We’ll handle the submission with Printful on your behalf.


7. Refund Timing

If a refund is approved by Printful:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

  • It typically takes 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or processor.


8. Additional Notes

  • Fulfillment and shipping costs are not refundable unless the defect or error is Printful’s fault.

  • Custom or personalized posters are non-returnable unless there’s a quality issue.
